Set Up
Does It Have To Be Dark?
(Projection Screens)
Yes, we recommend starting the film at sunset or just after. This is due to the brightness of the sun/sky, when using projection, this will cause the image to fade. However, this can depend on circumstance and location as we offer a couple of solutions.
(LED Screens)
No, our LED screens offer a very high level of brightness, viewable at any time of day, in all conditions!
Do We Need Power?
If you are hiring the equipment to use yourself at home, you will require power for the screen and projector.
For event bookings where our staff are present at your event, we offer a generator at no extra cost!
How Do You Weight The Screen Down?
Quotes are based on a Grass set up where we can spike into the ground for security. For those hosting events on >Concrete, don’t worry we can provide weights or two vehicles to anchor the screen.
Troubleshoot
What Else Can I Show On The Screen?
Anything! If you wish to show adverts or sponsor logos, simply send the media to us before the event.
Are We Insured?
Yes! We are fully insured with public liability insurance and all of our equipment is PAT Tested.
What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
Rain does not effect the screen however thunder and lightning will mean the screen cannot operate. Our screens have a wind speed limit of 25MPH*. Should the wind speed exceed this limit, we have to take down the screen for health and safety reasons.
*Wind speed limits differ based on screen size, please get in touch to confirm.
